Questions Solved
TechyV Experts,
I am having a problem with my laptop's fan. My Operating System is Windows Vista. The model of my laptop is Acer Aspire 5532. It stopped working and I do not know how to fix it. I am kind of thrifty right now and as much as possible, I do not want to spend a cent. My laptop's fan would suddenly be put on a halt after 40 minutes or so that my laptop is turned on. Because of this, I decided to make my laptop rest for a while. But, the issue is going back. Please provide steps on how to fix this issue without spending too much.
Thanks.

Dear All,
I will be needing help as soon as possible. My boss created a presentation on his laptop.
This is a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that was made from Microsoft 2003.
As my boss will be on the compliance leave, he wants me to go to the presentation and practice as I will be the one presenting it in his absence.
Too bad the presentation cannot be move after my boss arrives. It was just fine with me.
So I have extracted the presentation in our shared drive.
But then I am having an issue viewing it. It says that I am attempting to open a file type that is blocked by my registry policy setting.
I badly need help.

My Control Panel is missing. I can’t find it on the start menu, so I tried explorer. exe but it wasn’t there. The Administrative Tools appears on the Control Panel’s place. I tried opening the task manager, but ctrl+alt+del won’t work. An alert box appears telling me that the task manager has been disabled by your administrator.
When in fact, I am the only user of this computer. I scanned for viruses and my AVG had found a Trojan. KillVA virus. The anti virus can't delete the virus. I booted from safe mode, but the control panel didn’t show.
I made another profile, and luckily was able to find it in the right place. But the question is how can I restore it from my original profile?

Hi,
Kindly help me with my trouble. I have an HP G62-373dx laptop. This uses a Windows Vista Operating System.
I am having an issue using my built in camera. The Webcam device is actually in the device manager. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, by means of clicking the scan for hardware changes. It is once again detected, however, whenever I try to check if it is already working, I can only see A black screen. When I close it, my wallpaper and desktop is fine and can navigate properly.
My confusion is, why does it display a black screen when I should be seeing myself in front of it.

Hi to all the readers and experts out there. My computer is running on Windows 7. I just switched from Windows XP to Windows 7 just recently. I am not sure if this has something to do with my Lenovo laptop being not able to read my Universal Serial Bus or also known as USB. I searched for driver updates to it but it won’t help it to resolve the issue.

I have searched names of some people. Now, for some reason, I don't want to see their names to appear every time I will use the search bar/search people in Facebook.
How will i delete or clear the history of the person I searched? I have tried to clear the history browser, still their name appears in the search bar of Facebook.

I have never faced such kind of wired problems.
I am running windows XP on my desktop pc and there four partitions on the hard disk.
In my F drive I can’t modify such as delete, rename or cut any files or data but can copy file to the other drive.
When I press the delete button to delete any files it’s showing an access denied message.
I am having no problems in the other partition. Is this a very bad sign for my hard disk?
Is it going to crash within a short period of time?
What to do?
Should I replace the hard disk?
