Internet/Email Software
I have never experienced this type of problem before. My internet explorer is opening automatically time and time again. Basically I am using Firefox 3.6.17 and use Internet Explorer occasionally. I guess this is happening for virus attack and checked every drive by kaspersky antivirus and it is a licensed version.
But not getting any virus and nothing has changed. I can’t uninstall internet explorer because I need to use it to open and print some special PDF format documents which is not compatible to any other web browser. I have also searched on the internet for the solution but unable to find it.
I found this site very helpful and hope there will be a solution.

Hi,
I am having a hard time with my Lotus Notes 8. I must say, I am just new to this and I want to try this. I am encountering this error,
“You have requested to sign this internet message but your current ID does not contain an internet certificate. Select OK to send the message anyway. Select cancel to not send the message”
And to tell you honestly, I am not sure whether what I did change to see this.
My first question is, how do I make my ID contain an Internet certificate?
Anyway, right after I saw that message, I selected OK thinking that I will send the message away, but I once again see an error,
“The cryptographic key was not found”

Hi,
I am facing a simple but very disgusting problem with Firefox web browser. It is crashing with regular interval in the middle of work. My Firefox version is 3.6.17. Recently, I installed add-ons like page speed, web rank and add this.
Is there any relation of crashing with these add-ons?
I have tried by uninstalling the add-ons. I have also tried to work under safe mood. But nothing can stop the crashing .
Is this happening for any kind of virus attack?
Should I try to upgrade to a newer version? I don’t want to use any other web browser because I love Firefox.

So far I have used two mail clients. One is Outlook Express and another one is Eudora which I am currently using. Previously, I was using Outlook Express and due to face some technical errors I transferred into Eudora. I think that Eudora is a strong and secured mail client and enjoying great service.
But the spelling check option is not working from this morning. The spell check option is still there in the tools menu. As a part of try I do uninstall the program and reinstall it again. I get back the spell check error option and it was also working but only for one hour. After 1 hour of normal service, it vanished again.
Please help me.

Hi,
Yesterday afternoon, I have experienced an operating system crash and replaced the faulty operating system with Windows XP. Previously, I was using Eudora 6.2 as email client and now I installed newer version Eudora 7.1. After installing newer version, I have replaced all the folders and necessary files from my old Eudora setting folder.
I get back every feature perfectly except the contact list. There was more then 500 address in my contact list. I thought that I would get it fixed by installing previous version again and do so. Bad news is contact list is still missing.
Please help me, I don’t want to type all the addresses again.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am working as admin officer in a large scale multinational company. I need to handle around 20-30 emails per hour. But I am receiving multiple copies of every emails which is really frustrating me too much. I need to trash a lot of emails which is too much time consuming and also missing many important emails. I don’t change any options regarding maintenance or tools. I have checked every option manually but unable to recognize any faulty option.
What do you think? Does any system file corrupt in my PC or any kind of setting is changed in mail server?

In my office I have to use Outlook Express for sending and receiving company emails. But I am not getting normal service and when I try to send email, it is showing an error message:
“The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server 0x8004210a”
I give a try by reinstalling the software again but still unable to send or receive any email. I can ensure you that this is not a server problem because every other mail on the network is running very well. I can access old messages from my inbox or other boxes. But I seriously fear of loosing all the messages.
IT person of my company is absent that’s why I need your help seriously.

Hi All,
All of my emails suddenly disappeared. I am using AOL version 6.0 and XP Operating System for my machine. It is really weird, I know I’ve got thousands of emails, archive emails are not included yet in the count. But all of them are gone. I did not do any upgrades of AOL even switching of emails. I have restarted my computer and tried to access it again for the sake of refreshing my PC.
Unfortunately, once the AOL is up, I really can’t find anything there. I want to know what else I can do to fix this. Those emails are precious to me.
Thanks.

Is there a way that I can monitor user’s computer activity and send it to my email? I suspect that my younger brother is visiting dangerous and inappropriate sites. I’m afraid that it may risk the computer security and vulnerable to threats such as viruses, worms and Malware.
I also want to limit or block the website that he can visit. I want to monitor the user’s activity remotely without being discovered. Can some give me clear instruction on how to do this if possible?
