I have installed a new version of F-Secure antivirus to protect my PC.

But rather than solving the virus issue, it has created a new problem for me.

I can access all the shared folders on the network, but nobody can access my shared folder.

Also,I can’t send or receive any emails in Eudora.

There were no such problems before when I had the free version of Avast antivirus on my PC.

After exploring all the options I am unable to find any firewall option to resolve the problem.

Everything works perfectly when I disable the antivirus, Which is not a solution.

Please share your expert knowledge.

I am too much worried about my hard disk. Please read the problem carefully and give me a proper solution.

I have got an 80 GB Samsung SATA hard disk which is out

of warranty period. The problem is that had disk partition is not working and completely vanished. I did four partitions while installing Windows XP and everything was fine. I installed all the software and copied many files from another hard disk.

I did the entire task without experiencing any interruption. After shutting down the computer I tried to run it again after 1 hour. But only getting the message...

So far I have used two mail clients. One is Outlook Express and another one is Eudora which I am currently using. Previously, I was using Outlook Express and due to face some technical errors I transferred into Eudora.  I think that Eudora is a strong and secured mail client and enjoying great service.

Yesterday afternoon, I have experienced an operating system crash and replaced the faulty operating system with Windows XP. Previously, I was using Eudora 6.2 as email client and now I installed newer version Eudora 7.1.  After installing newer version, I have replaced all the folders and necessary files from my old Eudora setting folder.

I get back every feature perfectly except the contact list. There was more then 500 address in my contact list. I thought that I would get it fixed by installing previous version again and do so. Bad news is contact list is still missing.

I am working as admin officer in a large scale multinational company. I need to handle around 20-30 emails per hour. But I am receiving multiple copies of every emails which is really frustrating me too much. I need to trash a lot of emails which is too much time consuming and also missing many important emails. I don’t change any options regarding maintenance or tools. I have checked every option manually but unable to recognize any faulty option.

What do you think? Does any system file corrupt in my PC or any kind of setting is changed in mail...

In my office I have to use Outlook Express for sending and receiving company emails. But I am not getting normal service and when I try to send email, it is showing an error message:

“The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server 0x8004210a”

I give a try by reinstalling the software again but still unable to send or receive any email. I can ensure you that this is not a server problem because every other mail on the network is running very well. I can access old messages from my inbox...

My laptop is DELL VOSTRO 3400 series and I have been using it for over one year without having any problem. Operating system is Windows 7. But now the touch pad is not fully working. I have a little cousin who is also using my laptop to play video games. I am not sure that he did something wrong to damage it in my absence.

The problem is that I can’t access the DVD RAM and brand is ASUS (PATA) 22x DRW-22B2S. I have tried to resolve it by changing the bus and power cable. Though it is showing a green light but still I can’t see the DVD RW Drive on the drive list. But in device manager the drive in the list and seems like it is completely ok. To all the experts, I need your attention to resolve the following issue.

I have been using Acer Aspire 5732Z laptop for over one year and enjoying a great service from this machine. But I need to deal with brightness problem urgently. Previously it was running on Windows Vista platform. But last week I installed Windows 7 and after then I can’t change the brightness by pressing Fn+Arrow keys.
