When I try to open an OS file and extract it in zip folder, I get the error below:

"Packed data CRC failed in volume name. The volume is corrupt"! 

The error above may also be showed along with this message:

“CRC failed in file name”

The Provisioning server used Windows Authentication while the SQL server is on a different machine.

Because of this I keep receiving a database error. I cannot even log in because of this error.

The Provisioning Server is Version 5.0 under Win 2008 and SQL 2008.
