Questions Solved
I have seen websites that contains special links, that when you click on them, it opens up your email program. Some open up Skype, and some opens up Yahoo messenger. Is it possible for me to create such a link so that I can make Internet Explorer open up the program I want?

We are managing and maintaining a website written in classic ASP 3.0, using Visual basic scripting. The website is a web based booking engine, accepting thousands of bookings a day. Occasionally we are experiencing an unusual error that we did not experience before. The error message states that "Multi step operation generated an error, no work was done.". Does anyone know what this means? We never had this problem before!

Hello,
My name is Yoni and I got stuck with a really bad problem. I play so many online games, more than five, and I got problem. I have a Windows Vista, and every time I login a game, my computer just gets stuck. I don't know why, maybe because I got many files on my computer or is it because of the Windows Vista? I am trying to ask myself that, and I really want to fix that problem.

Hello. Recently I put together a new build – P8P67 Pro, i5 2500k, Ripjaw RAM, H70 CPU cooler, Samsung 204UI 2TB HDD – but I'm reusing my older hard drives, power supply and graphics card.
My first problem is that my new Samsung HDD won't show up anywhere (BIOS or Windows). I took it back to the store and tried it in other computers and it shows up straight away without any hassle. Since it's undamaged I can't return it and I'm stuck with it. Before anyone suggests it, yes I've tried using different SATA ports, and cables.

Our office is using a finance application. It contains a big worksheet to calculate the pay for a given employee. It contains different variables for benefits calculation. I wrote a program to directly modify the database field values directly. But the problem is that the screen contains the logic to calculate the final calculation.
When I re-open the screen after changing values in the database, I can see the values changed but the calculation is still old. If I click on a field and press the tab key, the form re-calculates the value. Is it possible to write a simple tool to automate the process on a click of a button?

Hi experts,
I'm running VMware 7 on a Windows 7 64-bit host and trying to get an XP Pro SP3 VM to connect to my network. I have no success with either Bridged or NAT.
VMware NAT Service is running on the host. Assigning a static IP to the VM from my router does not help. Disabling Windows Firewall on the host and guest does not help. VMware Bridging is enabled on my host's Ethernet adapter. Antivirus monitoring is disabled on the XP guest.
This all worked just fine when I used Vista x64 and VMware 6.5. By the way, I have created a brand new VM with the W7/VMW7 combination and it acts just the same way. My Windows 98 VM works with NAT. Been at this for hours on end and no threads I've read have helped.

Hi all,
I got this error today, when I connected my iPhone to my laptop. Is there a known fix for this?
I Googled, but could not get any solution. iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred.

I have tried everything so far, and nothing helps.
I have installed the IntelliPoint 6.2, but it doesn't work. My Sony Vaio Vista recognizes the devices, but I can’t move it or use it at all. When I go to its properties and click on Buttons the following message appears:
Some mouse settings might not work until you connect a Microsoft mouse to a USB port on your computer or set up a Microsoft mouse that uses Bluetooth technology.
I already tried to configure a Bluetooth device on a Windows-based computer. And my computer recognizes this mouse, and tells me that the recognition was successfully completed, but immediately afterwards a window pops up saying:
