XSKey Communication an Error has encountered

Hi,

Logic Gold error appeared on the screen using Windows XP Operating System and followed the given instructions. I just removed key and reconnected but the problem still remains. Any idea to resolve this problem would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

XSKey Communication an Error has encountered

I would ask you to run XSKey firmware update. The update appears to have solved similar problems in repeated attempt during installation. Try repeat installation as it could also solve the problem. In some cases the hardware associated with your system is not supported, however, that possibility seems to be rare.
