Fusion digital power designer fatal Error

Hi,

I receive the following error message when opening the Digital Power Manufacturing Tool and selecting the xml file. I am running Windows XP Operating System and trying to fix this issue but need an expert’s opinion to demolish this error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Fusion digital power designer fatal Error

Your application encountered a fatal error while it is loading the library file or the DLL file. Because you are running Microsoft Windows XP, check if the program supports your operating system. Make sure you meet all the requirements. Normally, Fusion Digital Power Designer will run on Microsoft Windows XP. It also requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher depending on your version.

If you didn’t install Microsoft .NET Framework or you don’t know if the application already installed it for you, check it in the Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. You should see Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or maybe higher. If you don’t have it, you need to install it to fix the problem. This is probably the reason why it throws an error.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Also, if you are using an old version of Fusion Digital Power Designer, update to the latest version. Download Fusion Digital Power Designer 1.8.372, this is the latest as of January 2014. You can also visit Digital Power Software to download other versions.
