Hi,

I just tried to check my email using Mac Operating System and got this weird error message. Have you any idea to resolve this problem? I have spent so much time on forums. Please suggest me with a proper solution. Thanks in advance.

The operation couldn’t be completed.

Hey Timothy,

This can easily be fixed. The error message is caused by Mac’s new Mountain Lion system; therefore, you have to allow the SafariSort application to open just like the previous versions of OS X, which is what is causing the problem in your case. To do this open the “System Preferences then go to “Security and Privacy”…”General tab under the header “Allow applications downloaded from” and change it to “Anywhere”.
