Today I tried to print some documents using my printer, but it isn’t responding. I also tried to restart the printer but still not working.
First of all, make sure that connections are proper. It could be a problem with the Window’s Print Queue. Click on the printer icon in the taskbar. If it is saying that documents are printing but are not, then your printer must be low on ink. That’s because stock Windows drivers are not that smart that they can always sense that the printer is on low ink. You can update the printer drivers with the proprietary ones from the manufacturer’s website to get alerts for ink status.
