PowerDVD screen resolution shows error

Hi,

The PowerDVD which is a DVD copying software is a helpful tool for me since I like keeping my data backups on DVD.

I opened it on a mini laptop and could not see some features due to small screen size so I thought of setting resolution to highest but then the program popped up an error as shown below. Can anyone help resolve this soon?

PowerDVD 10

CyberLink PowerDVD 10 is not optimized for this screen resolution and will now close.

Hello Luz, nice question you have asked.

This problem has been going for a long time and many people are suffering of this problem.

I suggest you these techniques. Hope you will have no problem.

1.       Upgrade your Cyberlink PowerDVD to the latest version that is PowerDVD 13 Ultra. The latest versions always have the known bugs fixed.

2.       While running, change your screen resolution to 1280 x 768. It is the most popular screen resolution that is supported mostly by all programs.

3.       As it has been going for a long time, you should change using Cyberlink PowerDVD. Instead, you can use other players. They are free and also very powerful.

Such as, VLC Media Player, KMPlayer, K-Lite Codec Pack Mega etc. They are good and gives nice performance.

Hope you are satisfied.
