Hi,
How to burn dell drivers on a disk? And kindly recommend the most popular software that will allow the user to burn a disk properly and securely, my operating system is windows XP. If you have some additional information please let me know. I need to know all the requirements needed to get a licensed cd and DVD burning application.

Nero is a popular one.

You can burn those Dell drivers using burning software just like Nero where you can download it here:
After installing it run the program. Then select Make a Data disc>select all the files to be burn. Insert a recordable disc onto your CD writer and Click Burn.
