Patching framework.jar file shown error

Hello,

I was trying to patch the framework.jar and during patching the file, I received the following error message, which I could not fix after many attempts that I can. I need your help to fix the following error message.

Patching framework.jar file shown error

Hi William,

                You may want to check if there are any batch file that can help you update the framework.bat. However if that is not available you may want to check the consistency of the program. Check if you are logged in as the administrator or if you have read write access on the directory.
