Irritating Acronis Time Explorer error

Hi,

I was trying to find the file and folder through the ATE but when I attempted to find the file, I received an error message, which is very irritating to me. I really want help to solve the following error.

Acronis Time Explorer

Cannot find the file or folder, If it is located on a removable

media or a remote storage, then make sure that the storage

device is connected, and try again E:/2/My_Documents57.tib.

Irritating Acronis Time Explorer error

Hi Ramon,

This issue can be caused by a corrupted installation of Acronis, however you may need to check whether drive E:/ is existing and the file is found in that particular path. There are instances that it may be an image of the file that you have recently opened. 

You may want to transfer the file on the root drive to be more accessible. If this fails, you may need to run the CD installation to perform a repair on the software this will be the most effective way of repairing a software.
