Is there any Microsoft Apps with feature parity across platforms?

I am using a Microsoft Windows phone OS. I am looking for an app with feature parity across platform. Will Microsoft assist app developers of large and small companies to have apps which have feature parity across platforms from day one? If anyone know more about this, then kindly update me about this app.

Hello!

 The answer to your question is: YES! Microsoft is working hard on it and says that Windows phone 8.1 nearly closed feature gap being compared to Android and IOS. It should be expected in the future. Hopefully, the makeover will be great, covering the important and missing parts so far.
