Hi,

You can still use your old Hotmail email address as these will be imported to the new Outlook. There will be an option in your account to upgrade have the experience of the new Outlook. All the information under your existing Hotmail will also be present, still.

However, there are still some issues that Microsoft needs to be addressed. After the upgrade of Outlook, seems like a great number of users cannot access their Hotmail. We are expecting that Microsoft is fixing this issue. Nevertheless, you can try if this will already work for you.

Good luck!

Dear User,

Yes they have announced that they will in fact be converted Hotmail into a revamped web based email service called Outlook.com. This highly mirrors the name of Microsoft workplace email software.

They haven’t made much updates or changes to this product which already got millions of users. So this is a huge change. And this is their goal. To make a big difference in this product.

But you will be able to use the new address as well as the old one. You can switch through the new look and the old look. And get used to it.

Thank you.
