I migrated from MS Outlook Express to MS Outlook 2003. And I am starting to think about the possible issues that I will face in the future so I will ask it now. Can you please help me on how can I send an email with RSVP settings? And does my address book different from MS Outlook contact list? How about the AutoComplete feature?

Hi,

In order to provide you with the detailed response to all three of your questions, we will break them in three parts.

1-      RSVP Settings

Please note, setting up the tracking option in E-mails may not be polite for all users, and the recipient E-mail may get overloaded, and we have seen some instances where such recipients simply deleted the message without even reading it, just because the mail had a read request added to it. You can set up this option as follows:

·         Go to Tools- Options- Email Options- Tracking Options-Read Receipt/Delivery

2-      Address Book.

Please note, the address book if it is imported from the outlook express directly will look same without any change.

3-      AutoComplete

The Autocomplete feature normally is activated after a mail has been sent. BUT, depending on the way the configuration / Migration from outlook express to MS Outlook 2003 is performed, ie:

If you launched the MS Outlook 2003 the first time, it must have detected a mail identity and asked you for import of this identity, if the migration is done through this feature, then your autocomplete list is also imported. So it must be working even now.
