So tell me how to see hidden files and folder in windows 7 and how to recover files.

Hi Torrese,
To view hidden files, go to the control panel, click appearance and personalization then click on folder options.
Click view then under advanced settings, click on view hidden files, and then click ok.
To recover deleted files, download a software called 'recover my files' and install it on your computer.
Once you have it on your computer, choose to recover from the folder that the files were in and then click OK.
Wait for the process to finish and then select from the list of recovered files select the ones that you want to save.
