Canon-CP800 printer problem solution wanted

Recently I buy a printer which model is Canon-CP800.I work by the printer for three days. But today I face a trouble in the printers. The printers can not print. I check the cartridge and it’s ok. What is the problem?

Canon-CP800 printer problem solution wanted

With the Canon-CP800 that can’t print, simply check first the connection between Printer and PC if USB cable is attach well its end point and also check if printer main switch is on. In the printer and faxes locate the Canon-CP800 check the status must be in a ready mode. If Canon-CP800 is offline mode alter it by right clicking the mouse and chose Use Printer Online. Secondly if printer doesn’t print again try to reinstall the Canon-CP800 software. By installing again try to see that the software installer is compatible with the operating system. After a successful installation of the Canon-CP800 printer try to have test print and in a test print page details get information of it by knowing the port name or port connection because some printer’s are port sensitive when connected to other port. These ports are USB001, USB002 and so on. We advise you to connect it in USB001 so that you can easily remember if anyone interchanges the port connection.
