Apple laptop problem for installing C++

Few days ago my mother gifted me an Apple laptop. But I am in a problem. I cannot run Turbo c++ software. Whenever I install it, there is no shortcut build in the desktop.

How can I use this software in my laptop?

Apple laptop problem for installing C++

Hello Senbappu,

Well, first of all is your Apple Laptop a 32 bit one or a 64 bit one? Turbo C++ is not compatible with 64 bit OS so yours has to be 32 bit in order to run it.

One of my friend had a similar problem. The fact is if you are using Mac in Apple, though you download it, you won't be able to run it so I would suggest you to uinstall it and then download and install DosBox. Once you install DosBox you can install Turbo C++ inside DosBox. This is how it worked for him.

It runs perfectly without errors.
