Access is Denied Error on Printer Status

Hello All,

I use samba server to install any network devices. As you all know printer is network hardware, I installed it for usage over the network. I  gave a test print out and got it successfully.

Then I started taking print outs. But to my fear I observed that the print status is access denied. I want it to be online in my system.

Kinldy resolve this issue and I will be thankful to you.

Hi Jerry,

You already download and install it on your computer right? So you try it then the print is successful. Then your problem is the status of your printer is access denied but? You can still print? if yes it is ok. The problem if it not functioning. It means you have not downloaded successfully. Maybe you have wrong install or wrong model of your printer.

So make sure the printer cable wire is connected to the CPU then install and download the application of the printer. When you buy new printer there is a CD included that is a downloader so you must use it so that you will make it successfully.

If you lost the CD just search type free download (the brand and the model of the printer) then search. Just choose who has many stars it means that downloader is good and nice performance. Then download and install it.

Once you've done downloading and installing.

Then when you are going to print try to check the print name when you have correct choose of your print name

Like mine my printer name is Epson T13 Series so my printer name

 Then after , just click ok.
