I installed both the Blu-ray and DVD converter V3.0.0.4b. The Blu-ray works fine but the DVD Converter gives this access violation error message when trying to launch and fails to launch. I was able to launch DVD Converter V3.0.0.3b without any problem. It is only when I tried the V3.0.0.4b version that I ended up with this error. I tried running the installer again but without any success. Is this installer corrupted? How can I get DVD Converter V3.0.0.4b to work? At present I do not have the installer for the V3.0.0.3b with me. Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

I was attempting to create a backup from a blu-ray disk with the following settings: Disk was to be read from Blu-ray drive and shortest version and English audio track were selected. The video settings were DVD 16/9 best quality with video options to default and outputs to DVD9. It crashed at the point that it was preparing the dvd menus, prior to burning. I tried it again with a new version of Blu-ray to DVD and I still get the same result: application completes the conversion and crashes. What could be causing this error? I am looking forward to your help. Thank you.

I was not able to install Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security2011. The installation stops with an error message that says your computer does not meet all of the installation requirements. I am using windows XP with Internet Explorer 8 on my laptop. I have more than 1 GB of free disk space on my system. Still I am not able to complete the installation though I tried installing 3 or 4 times. What could be causing this issue? Did anyone else face a similar problem? I am looking forward to your help for resolving this problem. Your timely help will be greatly appreciated.

Today, I am trying to uninstall Mindjet MindManager 2012 through the Control Panel on my PC. However, I am encountering:

I tried to search on the web for possible solutions but it is directing me to a page where I need to perform force uninstall. Is it safe to do this? If no, what are the other possible solutions that I can perform? Thanks.

I recently encountered this frustrating error. Whenever I try to launch the game Terraria, I get the CLR Error shown below. I tried reinstalling the game, but it did not improve the situation. Someone suggested that this is a problem with my .NET framework and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the .NET Framework. But this idea too did not work out for me. I even tried using a .NET cleanup utility and then reinstalled my .NET Framework. All this was useless. I have exhausted all my possibilities. Can anyone help me with this please? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with my SplitCam. I get an error when I try to open SplitCam which says there is an error with the installation of driver and that I must restart the computer and try again. Restarting it didn’t help. I have tried uninstalling and installing SplitCam a couple of times on my laptop. The installation goes smoothly every time. But when I try to open, I always get this error. What could be causing the trouble? I use windows vista on my laptop. Can anyone help me with this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Every time I try to view or edit on my Prezi, I get nearly 10 of these pop-up messages that says ‘Prezi could not load one of your graphics’. Please see the attached screenshot for the technical details of the error. What causes this error? I checked to see if any of my graphics were large. But I could not find any. Are there any particular image formats that should not be used with Prezi? Please can anyone help me to fix this issue? We are having trouble from AutoIt-compiled Bitcoin mining programs used to drop malicious code. These codes are encrypted and are capable of bypassing common analysis tools/systems used by security researchers. We come across a large number of such malicious tools on public forums offering free premium accounts to online hosting services. If you happen to run one of these malicious programs under VMware, the malware won’t run and throws up an error message that looks like the one shown below. And this looks genuine. And no one bothers to examine further thinking there is a problem with the firewall settings. Can anyone suggest a method to check out this malware and a method to detect such tools in the future? I have a problem with my Flashfxp. I translated a string, saved it and then, on attempting to upload the string I get the error message shown in the below attachment. It says language not modified. I tried this with many strings and always end up with same error. This is a bit puzzling to me because I have already updated my language file to the latest version. What else could be wrong with this? I am using windows 7, 64 bit along with Flashfxp 4.2.5. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this problem? Your help is greatly valued.
