Hello folks! When I tried to import some PDF files from WordPerfect into InDesign, it prompts me to an error. I have been getting a “Missing Glyphs” error and I do not know what does it specifically refers to and what are the implications of that error? I thought with a PDF editor like Iceni Infix, the erroneous pages will be corrected however, all the fonts in Acrobat reports are embedded and subset. And also, all other preflight programs are working fine too. I am basically wondering because the help file didn’t give me the exact details of such error. Another thing, if I am going to ignore these errors, is it safe for me to do that? Thank you for entertaining my concern.

I would like to make a memorandum with the header and footer visible only on the first page where the collective header that indicates “Print Memo” is written. How can I remove both header and footer to the page where the memo content is written? 

Good day to everyone and a special hello to all IT Experts. I am looking for someone who can help me with Adobe Reader Error which I am facing since last week. I have tried many other solutions to get rid of this error.

But I am unlucky to find one. I have a registered version of Adobe Reader and have a valid key for it.

But a week ago, when I was trying to run Adobe Reader and update it from Adobe website, I got an error message stating that: “Your Adobe software could not be activated. Adobe DRM Activator error (client code 6). Fault Location: 1 Contact customer support.”

Can you please help me with this issue?

Recently, I have installed the QuickBooks and the Adobe Reader 9. The problem is when I tried to upgrade QuickBooks or try to install the latest version of it; I am receiving this error message and cannot fix this problem. I think this error incur due to Adobe Reader 9.0 installation or due to an older version of Internet Explorer.

Now whenever I try to start any of files with PDF extension I got an error message.

What should I do with this?

Anti virus program is not reporting that files are infected. OS Windows XP

When updating was done I have restart computer.

How can I resolve this error?
