Recently, I have installed the QuickBooks and the Adobe Reader 9. The problem is when I tried to upgrade QuickBooks or try to install the latest version of it; I am receiving this error message and cannot fix this problem. I think this error incur due to Adobe Reader 9.0 installation or due to an older version of Internet Explorer.

Well, that could a problem with the status of the internet connection. If the internet connection speed is too slow or cannot be established at all, then the server from which the upgrade has to be downloaded cannot be reached when you try to run QuickBooks, and therefore you will need to make sure that there is a connection to the internet. Refresh the network settings,  restart the computer or reconfigure the internet connection settings in the browser if they have changed and therefore affection connection to the internet.

The problem may also be with the QuickBooks application itself. It may be corrupt, and therefore cannot be updated. In that case you will need to reinstall QuickBooks to remove any bugs that are hindering the upgrading process.
