Is it really possible for someone else apart from the organizer of that event, to access and view all responses to a certain Outlook calendar event you forwarded?

The reason I am asking this is because I have forwarded a certain event to a number of people and I am really anxious to know their responses and comments.

I have a problem with Outlook 2007 that I am yet to figure out.

The problem is that whenever I send updates or invitations to our employees some of them don’t receive them.

This happens only to those using Lotus Notes 7.0.2.

How will I ensure that all of them get all our outlook invitations?

I need your help on this problem that arose after I installed Oracle 10g database software on local disk D in my pc that runs on windows 7. I have a problem accessing mail from my phone. I am currently using a Nokia N97 and my attempts of connecting it to the exchange 2010 sp1 server are bearing no result.
