Accidentally compressed the Hard Drive!

I have a Compaq mini 110 with Windows XP installed. I accidentally compressed the hard drive when I was trying to get some free space, so XP didn't start anymore.

I'm trying to do the Disaster Recovery based on the instructions in my manual. I've created the Disaster Recovery boot program (SP42226.exe) for my USB memory stick and it starts the Roxie BackOnTrack program. I do not hear any sound from my computer

I recently bought a second hand desktop from a friend of mine with a Dual Core processor. The sounds program is Realtek 97. I noticed that there is no sound coming out from the computer. I tried accessing the speaker volume at the lower right hand of the monitor.

Cannot trigger the click event of a list box remotely

I have a .Net application that I am developing using VB.Net. I am attempting to control a remote application. I found a similar post in this forum upon reading the values of a list box of a remote program. I am using that as reference and have made progress. Error: Could not connect to MySQL Server!

I have installed MAMP yesterday, and had it working great. Was very impressed. Then today I got to start working on a new template and I got the Error Message: 

Error: Could not connect to MySQL server! 
 
I tried rebooting my machine but that did not work. I also tried changing the SQL Port to 3306 but that didn't work. In the error logs I get the following messages:
