I  Bought a laptop ( hp pavilion dv6114tx ) before 3 years. But after one year its better backup suddenly decreased.

I bought new battery thinking that there is problem with battery (as suggested by Hp customer care).

Better was working good till last 6 months. Now i upgraded my operating system from Microsoft windows media center to Microsoft windows 7 ultimate edition. Whenever i try to play some file in VLC media player its performance gets decreased and it starts hanging.

I have installed Linux operating system today and tried to decrypt my old data which I encrypted using gpg in older version
Linux.
I have keys ( private as well as public), i tried importing keys into gpg and keys imported successfully ,,,but what I want to use is kleopatra application.
 

Whenever i try to open kleopatra to import my certificates of key its getting crashed itself.
I tried rebooting and searching for the new updated version of this software but nothing helped me out.

I am a desktop computer user. I use a Samsung monitor as my display device. I am not satisfied with my color settings on my monitor. The monitor seems to me as dull. Its color combination is not as bright as per my consideration. It is not only dull but also its color is not such good. Hello, I am a desktop computer user. I have a problem with my computer.  My computer, power button is not so much handy. I mean the power button, which is in my computer casing is not working properly.

Sometimes I press it, but it does not work. Sometimes, it takes too much time to start the computer. Is there any other way to start my computer? One thing I think needs to be mentioned is; my motherboard is gigabyte and processor Intel Pentium IV. Please tell me is there any solution?

When i try to play Call of duty:World at war and some other games they gave me slow performance during the play, frame rates are too slow. Even with minimum settings frame rates r too slow. Even need for speed and some other games r giving me slow performance at 1024x768 resolution. Some other games like dead space gives me good frame rate but there are some audio problem too. Then only game which i could play properly is Fear. I play games only in XP. In vista these games are not playable.
