Converting VCD to transfer to USB

I have an old VCD.  

I want to transfer the files so that I can watch it on my pc, and also transfer the files to my USB so that I can view it on a TV.  

How do I convert them?  

Is there any software I can use?

I cant use my microphone into my PC

i have bought a new microphone for my PC just last week and now i'm encountering some problems. my PC is not able to detect the microphone. it always gives me a response of "no USB mass storage device detected." What is the reason for this and how to solve it?

how come that everytime i inserted usb port it keeps on telling me "power surge on hub port: a usb device has exceeds the power limits of its hub port" what is the main problem? please help.. thanks!

Getting Wifi connection error with Canon printer

I have my Canon printer on, and it connects to my pc via wifi, but I get an error connection dialogue box when I want to scan an image.  What is the fix for this?

How do I integrate Eclipse IDE and symphony after installing Eclipse IDE and symphony individually? Can I integrate older version of Eclipse IDE and newer version of symphony or both the softwares need to be an updated versions?
