Questions Solved
I have a Samsung old CRT monitor that I use as a second one to my primary LCD monitor. This setup has been working fine for the past 9 to 10 months but recently the CRT monitor has started flickering at odd times.
I searched the internet and found that it can be a VGA cable problem so I replaced that cable but that had no effect. I have tried everything from tightening up the VGA cable at both ends to checking and plugging in the power source tightly to the socket. Any help would be great as I love having two monitors and don’t want to spend more money on buying another one.

My computer is running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition with 32 Bit.
I am getting this error:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.
This happened whenever I try to access .exe files on my computer. It keeps showing and as far as I know, I am the administrator of my own computer. Nobody uses this except for me.

How to replace a computer power supply?
A friend asked me if I know how to replace a power supply to his computer because when he opened his computer he noticed that the fan to the power supply doesn't moved. He already checked the other parts of his computer such as video card, RAM and others but its all okay.
The one thing that my friend wondered and so curious about is why the fan of power supply didn't move. I don't have a knowledge in replacing a computer supply. Is there someone knows the step by step of replacing a computer power supply?

I'm using Google Chrome as my default browser. But it was really annoying every time it hangs and shows a message to stop the script. Obviously, the only choice you have when this thing happens is to force close your browser and restart to whatever you were doing. Last night, while I was in a middle of my researches, my Chrome suddenly stop working and unexpectedly shuts down. Then I restarted my browser but I could not open the Chrome this time. When I double click the icon of Google chrome on my desktop, an error appears that says: Whoa!Google Chrome has crashed.
