Hello my computer is affected with lots of virus through USB drives or devices. I want to prevent them. I don’t want to use any antivirus software. Because antivirus software makes computer heavy and system does not run fast. Is there any other way to prevent computer from affecting virus through USB drives? Please tell me what to do to prevent the virus effect through USB device. It will be a great help to me if any one can help me.

Hello I am new computer user. I am starting use from last few months. My current operating system is Windows XP and it is not more than one month old. Now-a-days I face very irritating problem with my computer. My computer takes too much time to turn off or shut down. When I want to shut down computer, it takes more time than normal. It feels too much irritating for me. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Please help me to solve this problem.

I am using the new Vista Home Premium. I keep on getting “rundll32 “ errors when navigating through different files and applications. I cannot connect to the internet either. Maybe the problem seems to be rising from an update for the new Explorer. Whenever i try to connect to the net, this message pops up "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Their have a Skype software but i can't use it.I have a Skype account but i can't login my Skype account from my mobile phone.I want to video call from Skype account.I use the internet connection from my mobile phone but i can't use Skype.It's very painful for me.I want to use Skype from my mobile phone.I don't understand which way i can solve this problem."So i want the solution about this problem".please give me solution as soon as possible.

My elder sister had a defective PC because the hard disk had stopped working. The 120 GB hard drive never made any noise. It just stopped working. She bought a new hard drive and reinstalled the Windows XP Service Pack 2 and then the PC is up and running again. But the problem is, she saved a lot of her documents in the hard drive. Yesterday, she gave me the hard disk and asked me to assist her in recovering the documents from the drive.

I have a SYMPHONY mobile phone. I use internet from my mobile phone. Their have Yahoo Messenger but i don't login my yahoo messenger. Mobile show me a message " login failed your messenger". So i can't use my Yahoo Messenger but i want to login Messenger & chat with my friend. I don't understand this problem.

What can i do now? It's very painful for me i have a internet connection but i can't chat with my friend from my messenger. So my questions is " I want to login my yahoo messenger & chat with my friend".

Please give me a solution very quickly.

I just bought a brand new RAM stick yesterday, the same specifications to the one on my computer. I have a 1 GB RAM installed, functioning well. I installed the second stick and booted the computer. Something strange happened the computer turned on but the screen was bank, no picture, no BIOS test, just a green light on the screen which blinked repeatedly. When i took out one of the sticks, the computer functioned normally. I tested the other stick alone, it was working too. I have tried lowering the voltages in the BIOS and changing the clock speed of the RAM. Still the two ram modules can’t work together. My motherboard holds up to 4 GB of memory, so this should not be a problem.

I am using Kaspersky Antivirus 2011. I need to update this. But I have not my own internet connection for updating this software. I want to update my Antivirus offline. I have the update file for Kaspersky Antivirus. I collect it from somewhere. I tried to update it but failed. So I need help to update this Antivirus offline. Can anyone help me on this issue?

Please tell me how to solve this problem. Without updating this, the Antivirus is useless as you know. So please help me?

I installed Windows 7 today. After I installed it I updated it in the Internet and I am trying to install some necessary software. But it does not accept installation. I was listening to some music & it stopped abruptly. I thought it is a common factor so, I restarted it and tried to work again but there is still the same problem. I lost my temperament and set again the operating system. Now it has improved slightly.

I installed Avast Internet Security but the same does not open.

Realtek High Definition Audio Software was also installed & it is working but I am having problems with Antivirus. I also tried to install Kaspersky. Does not work.

Now what should I do? Do I format Windows?
