Hi,

I have a HP Laptop at my home which is quite an old one.  Recently when I tried to turn on the laptop I have noticed a message which says, Invalid system disk. Upon receiving this message I have tried to enter into safe mode where it didn’t work. The computer is not letting me inside. Since this is an old laptop there is no support available for this one. So I am here looking out for some help from you guys. Will be thankful for your time.

Hi people,

I have been getting this when I tried to connect my VPN.

Internet is working fine meaning my network is okay.

Please take a look.

The VPN client driver has encountered an error.

Cisco AnyConnect VPN client

The VPN client driver has encountered an error.

It was working before and no changes have been made prior to getting this error. It's very frustrating for someone who doesn't know how to troubleshoot this kind of problem. I tried to spend a couple of hours looking for a fix on the internet, but got no success.

Hi,

Today I today I tried playing a video clip on my computer.

Unfortunately, I didn’t hear any sound from it. It’s a Laptop computer that I use.

Then I tried playing another video file that gave me the same state.

So decided to play an mp3 file an finally confirmed that I have a sound issue on my computer.

I also tried checking the volume level it was all set to high. It is not muted.

I have no idea on what to do next is the computer speaker gone bad?

Hi,

There is a problem with my Microsoft Outlook 2007. It cannot open a .csv attachment.

This is the first time I have ever received such file, and my boss requires me to view it. There is no change done in my Outlook 2007, and I have tried to open other attachments such as the word document, pictures, or even PDF, but it worked fine.

It is just that this .CSV attachment cannot be opened. What should I need to do for it to work?

Or is there a configuration I need to setup in order to view this?

If it may help, the file is 2434KB.

Please assist.

Dear Windows 7 Experts,

Few days ago one of my friends came to me to share some files between his laptop and my desktop.

His laptop running on Windows 7, and I am running XP on my desktop.

The problem is in file sharing system. From his laptop (Win 7) he can access my files (XP) in the share folder.

But whenever I try to access his share folder then it says that I have not permission to access the folder.

To all the experts, I hope you can help me to get rid of the frustrating situation. I have got a 160GB Maxtor hard drive. Pc performance gets slow recently and I tried to clean up by using the Maxtor software tool an error was found in one of the drive. Then I delete the partition by using Easeus Partition manager. But the problem is it appeared again after restarting the computer. I repeat the process for couple of times but can’t fix it. Is it damaged? Have you ever experienced such type of problem? I believe there must be a solution behind every problem. Please tell me what will I have to do?

All the experts here, I need your kind attention to solve my problem. I am running Windows XP Service Pack 2 and very comfortable with this version.

Recently my PC was infected by a Trojan horse virus.

My antivirus successfully caught the virus and was able to delete it.

But after restarting the PC I can’t access my user account and a message box telling me that windows can’t find the local profile.
