Why norton utilities removes roccat files.

Hi all experts,

I have just downloaded registered version Norton security antivirus for my laptop. This antivirus is working too good as compare with other Antivirus, but the problem is Norton utilities removes roccat files from the system. Can anyone educate me how to control or resolve this problem, will this create any problem to my system speed.

Why norton utilities removes roccat files.

Hi,

Here are the steps for you:

1. Launch your Norton product.
2. From the main window click "Tasks" On the Security History option, Click on the drop down menu then select Quarantine.
3. On the list find the file you want to restore.
4. Click "More Details ".
5. From the new window click on Options.
6. Click on Restore file.
7. Check the "do not detect it any more option" then restore.
8. Close windows.

Why norton utilities removes roccat files.

Hi Donna,

 

Your Norton product allows you to add exceptions if you really trust a specific file. All you need to do is to add them to the Exclusions list.

 

Here are the steps:

 

• Open your Norton Internet Security program.
• Open Settings and select configure for Scan Exclusions.
• Finally, add the location and filename of the one you want to exclude.
