Move libraries base folders to other location than default

Hello experts,

My problem started after my last Windows Update. Also, there are times that I can't seem to log in or after logging in, my libraries and the default system was damaged and the report stated that my library is not available. Is it okay to move the base folders and the library settings to other location aside from its default location? And the User profiles and AppData folders as well.

It is not possible to move these files and folders without their functions being compromised. All Windows applications that need access to these files and folders can only do a lookup on the specific locations set by Windows. You can move these files and folders, however their functions would no longer work, and will cause system errors.
