To properly benchmark your pc, perform the following first:

1. Turn off any screen saver and power saving modes.
2. Disconnect from the internet.
3. Disable you antivirus applications and system restore.
4. Turn off your automatic updates.
5. Defrag your hard drive.
6. Reboot and wait for your pc to fully boot.
7. Run ProcessIdleTasks. Go to DOS box by typing run CMD and type: “Rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks”.

1. PC Mark Vantage.
2. Cinebench 10, POVRAY.
3. Fritz Chess Benchmark and ScienceMark 2.0. Fritz Chess Benchmark.
4. Prime 95 and SuperPi.

PC benchmarking is a process to test the computer’s performance. For doing this first of all you need some cleaning software. Run that software for cleaning registry and other temp files also. You can use winaso. Now uninstall all kind of unnecessary software from your computer and restart. Now go to task manager and see if all the unnecessary files are inactive or not. If they are inactive then ok or you have to inactive them manually. Download any Benchmarking software from online, but I suggest you to download PCmark or novabench. Those two have some really good review and I personally used PCmark. Run benchmark and compare the result in online.
