If I were to build a system with 1 or 2 SSD drives and would be using at least 1 PCI-Express GPU with the system's CPU being an Intel i-series processor, will my choice of CPU/chipset combination affect the performance of the SSD/s and the GPU/s to a point where the user would really notice a difference in performance if I chose a different CPU/chipset?

Hi Ratzes,

In my opinion, as a computer geek, it doesn't really  matter what kind of hardware you pair your SSD with as long as it's compatible. Because if they're compatible, then whoever manufactured your SSD or the GPU and made it compatible with each other, then it would surely workout just fine. However, we can't help notice other CPU/chipset is better than other brands, because we can't help but face the fact that, that's how it works and I'm sure you know that. You know, it's just like choosing a food or cloth of your choice. But the most important thing to remember is that, what suits you best. I'm sure you can compare what works best with you. Have a great day.
