This tool is used to clean an already infected computer. Use it to make sure your computer is perfectly clean. The installation requires internet access so don’t disconnect when installing the tool.

If the problem is not with a virus, try updating your video card driver. If you are using an NVIDIA video card, visit NVIDIA Driver Downloads. If you are using an ATI Radeon graphics adapter, visit AMD Drivers Download Center. You can also check your system for possible problems using PC Tools Performance Toolkit.

Use it to find and fix problems on the registry and your hard drive. Checking your hard drive for errors can check the status of the files like if there are corrupted files, broken files, cross-linked files, and other file errors. In case there are problems on the system drive that can’t be fixed, you may probably need to reinstall Microsoft Windows.
