Unknown Exception Error in Adobe Captivate File

I am attempting to upload my file through Acrobat.com to really views but I keep obtaining the subsequent error message:

Unknown exception

What do you think is the problem with my Adobe Captivate file that is causing this problem?  Whenever I click the 'Retry" button, the same thing happens.  If I click 'Cancel' the following message says, "File failed to upload to Acrobat.com."what can I do? Please help me, I am beginning to feel frustrated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The problem is looking like that you are facing the problem in uploading the file on the database from frontend. So for this you need to do to check is the database is working properly or not. If this is your own website then you ask your service provider to check out this problem and also check it out if the file is uploading from backend or not. If this is not your own website and you are visitor or member then message the site owner to solve this issue write him to solve the problem of uploading the file to the site. This is the only way you can solve this problem.
