RecentX application has failed to start

I really wanted to try this software because I think its pretty cool and amazing but this error is preventing me to use it, anyone there who is using this software or knows this error?

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Dear Dudley,

Something must have gone wrong during the installation perhaps. You should first of all try reinstalling this software. If that again does not fix it I would recommend downloading the installation files from a different source.
Try this:

I would suggest trying an alternative software that is equally as good.
It is known as Launchy.
