I am unable to install the printer the print processor does not exist. I have been trying it since two days. Can anyone please help me out?
The problem is very common. The solution is also very easy. Just follow some steps.
1) First, you have to stop the Print Spooler.
a. Open Control Panel and click on Administrative Tools.
b. Double-Click on the Services option.
c. A pop-up window will appear displaying a list of items.
d. In that list, right-click on Print Spooler option and click on Stop.
2) After that, all you have to do is copy some files from another computer to your PC in which the problem exists.
a. Select the Spool folder under system32 folder.
b. Double-click on the folder “prtptocs”.
c. Now, open the folder “w32x86”.
d. Copy the five files to your PC.
e. Reboot.
