I would like to know if there available software packages in Debian/NSLU2? If yes, how many and what are the description and how it differs from each other? What are the advantages and disadvantages when it comes to the performance? Please include also in your detailed explanation how the services of Debian/NSLU2 differs from the services of the other pages. Thank you so much.
Is there an available software packages in Debian/NSLU2?
Hello Peytan,
For sure there are a whole lot of software that have been packaged in the linux debian/nslu2, but I will enumerate for you just a few of them:
-
There is the 2vcard which is a perl script whose work is to convert an address book to VCARD file format.
-
There is the 4g8 software that is used for capturing packets and intercepting networks that have been connected using a switch.
-
There is also the abcm2ps which is used for changing ABC music description files so that they get into the PostScript format.
There is a whole list with the software that have been packaged in debian and I will refer you to the following link for you to have a look at it:
https://packages.debian.org/stable/allpackages
Hope this helps.
