The best way to export is from Exchange 2007 export mailbox to PST

As we all know that in this day everyone uses emails to transfer files and all the imp things. Well, there might be an Exchange administrator who controls all these functions and sends the emails or files from a mail server which is an exchange server to a particular person. As you all could have got a doubt about the file size which is being transferred, Yes it could be more than 2 GB and extra also.
Which feature is not present in the predecessor models of the exchange server and this is the exclusive feature which is present in the exchange server 2007 SP1.
What are all the requirements for the Exporting or Importing the PST files?
a) Export or Import must contain the 32-bit client machine with exchange management tool pre-installed in it. Because it comes from the dependency with the outlook clients which is pre-installed in the exchange 2007 and further models.
b) Either Microsoft /exchange /outlook 2003 or 2007 must be installed on the user’s machine to do this Export of Import.
c) One important thing to be noticed is that the user who is using or going to transfer or perform this operation must be either the owner which is the administrator of the exchange server or the organization admin.
How can we Export the PST files? Here’s the way to that:
The useful command line to export a mailbox to PST file is as follows:
Syntax to be followed:
Export-Mailbox-Identity -PST folder path Once the execution of the above command line is performed then the PST files will be stored in the mentioned place or we can say has the Specified location which we have mentioned above in the command line. We must remember that whatever the path which is said in the command line in that same that the destination will be triggered.

To send the Whole file at once though the particular file then we can nee to use the command line:
Get-Mailbox-Database-MDX’| Export-Mailbox-PST Folder Path: \PSTs
Once the above line has completed its execution, then the file will be ready in the specified path which is drove D:\.

To perform the Import action just change the Keywords from Export to Import and just type the same commands has we have done above just by changing Export to Import.
