There are several ways to share calendar information by using Outlook. Other people can receive your information by email, with Exchange Server accounts, or by publishing a calendar online. To share it by email:
- Click E-mail Calendar on Share group of Home tab.
- Click the calendar you want to share in the Calendar box.
- Set the period you want the calendar to be visible in the Data Range box.
- Click OK.
