There are several ways to share calendar information by using Outlook. Other people can receive your information by email, with Exchange Server accounts, or by publishing a calendar online. To share it by email:

  1. Click E-mail Calendar on Share group of Home tab.
  2. Click the calendar you want to share in the Calendar box.
  3. Set the period you want the calendar to be visible in the Data Range box.
  4. Click OK.
