How to configure my Yahoo mail with outlook!!!

Hi TechyV Team ,

Can you please guide me on how to configure my Yahoo mail with outlook properly?

When it tried to download my emails from my account, I got the sending and receiving error.

Please help and Thanks in advance

Microsoft outlook is a mailing application that handles your mails.

To set it up, from your programs in start menu, outlook will take you

Through a step by step set up.

All you need is your email account details:

• Your full names
• Email accounts
• Password

Do make sure its on automatic setup not manual.

Your outlook ought be up and running.

How to configure my Yahoo mail with outlook!!!

You need to configure all the settings to make your emails available in your outlook program. You need to set a user name password and SMTP and IMAP configurations also you need to check server port number such as incoming server and outgoing server as your service provider asks you to set.

For yahoo there are different port numbers as configured with email account.

You need to go to accounts settings and  then from there you will to create new accounts and then put all details there once you have done this now click on more settings and go to advanced tab here you need to put all the info as required for your email address.

As I have shown here for you.

I followed what you both said. 

After setting up my email-address or username and password, I checked the configurations and port numbers. It’s working now.

Now sending e-mails to my contacts are now easier.
