When I want to launch GMod 13 Beta this error appears. I have rebooted the PC to delete to reset the cache memory and it doesn’t seem to work. I have verified the registry with a software and it works OK. Can anyone please help me to solve this? What is with this error message? Thank you!

Hello,
There are several causes that make this trouble.
The main problem is confliction with other programs. There are many programs which causes this error.
Check here those applications and close if you’ve got any before running Steam.
Also, viruses might cause this error because their work is to make programs crash. Use any good antivirus such as, Norton, Avast, Kaspersky, AVG etc.
Also check your BIOS for proper configuration. Contact with your manufacturer for resetting BIOS settings to default mode.
Also, re-install the software. Then see your problem will be surely solved.
