I am trying to register a DLL server in Windows but on my screen, a pop-up message is showing that dllregisterserver failed with error code 0x80004005. What can I do to solve this bug?

If you are facing this error then check your Command Prompt is Administrator, if not then open the Command Prompt in Administrator.
Go to start menu then All Programs, then Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt
And then Run as Administrator.
Another way to solve this issue, go to setting and off UAC which is User Administrator Control and then login with Admin Account from your machine.
