After high research on Google I came to conclusion that this particular problem happens with the advance Installer . I hope that you are also using it. 

If You are using Advanced Installer then what you need to do is edit the "update configuration file " available over the server.

And you need to include the "; aiu" as the first line. Then you can continue the operation.

If you are not using the advance installer, then you should possibly try opening the update configuration file with some editor, prefer some good Multi editor from the internet and edit the first line as .aui.

Snagit is offered as free trial. Try to uninstall and reinstall the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select Snagit among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.
