Hello, I always use SeaMonkey web-browser for handling emails. Today I have found two spam emails including some photos that I think it shall be deleted. Therefore I use Edit as New option to delete the embedded email addresses. When I finish the cleanup and click send, an error message appears. Please find below the error message screenshot for your reference.

Could anyone help me to solve this error please? Thanks in advance. Have a good day.

Sending of messages failed.

There was an error attaching. Please check if you have access to the file.

SeaMonkey web-browser for handling emails Sending of messages failed

Hi there Shane M Heck,

This is a known bug that is, unfortunately, still alive.

The problem occurs when you try creating and then saving or sending the email with the graphic images included inline.

Keep your SeaMonkey up to date to resolve the problem as soon as possible. While waiting for bugs to be fixed, you can avoid getting this error by sending your images attached instead of placing them in the message box.

Another thing you can try is to install the QuoteAndComposeManager Add-On. After you install the add-on, check the option "Try to fix images paths" and see if that helps.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
