Photoshop Cs4 is not working

Hi Evelyndnell

Well you are receiving this error because the specific module is not installed correctly or by failed update to the version cue client.
Important thing is you are required Bridge CS4, Photoshop CS4 and Creative Suite 3 applications are required to install version cue client
You have to follow these steps to get rid of this problem
  1. Remove the version Cue CS4 Client
  2. Repair the installation of application or suite giving the error
  3. Uninstall the application or suites giving the error also remove the remaining file of version cue client and then reinstall the application and suite
  4. After performing in each step reinstall the application that encountered the error to determine if error occur then update the application if does not occur then

Photoshop Cs4 is not working

This is a pretty common problem among Photoshop CS3 users related to the “VersionCueUI.DLL” file. This happens because that DLL file is missing from its original location. If the program is working properly before, the DLL file must have been moved to a different location after you installed an update.

To verify if the file is missing or not, open Windows Explorer then navigate to “C:Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeAdobe Version Cue CS3Client3.0.0”. Look for the “VersionCueUI.DLL” file. If the file is not there then it must have been moved or deleted by a recent update you installed. Open your web browser and go to Adobe Version Cue CS3 Client 3.1.0 Update then download and install the update.

Restart your computer afterwards then start Photoshop CS3. See if this works. You may also want to visit Version Cue for Windows for other versions of the Cue component.
