I could not be able to successfully connect my Samsung phone to the Windows XP system through Samsung’s PC studio and I could add ringtones in my phone. I have migrated to Windows 7 and installed the latest version of Samsung’s PC studio. I have also installed phone drivers. But it is not able to connect to the PC studio. What is to be done to connect to the PC studio? If anybody knows the solution to solving this, please help me. I will be thankful for all your help.

To transfer ringtone , MP3 music or any other form of media follow the following steps one by one.

1. Go to the main menu of your mobile phone.

2. Select the SETTINGS option.

3. Under the Settings option you will find a sub-section named APPLICATIONS select this option.

4. Now select the USB-settings option as shown above.

5. Now select the MASS STORAGE option.

Your mobile phone is ready to be connected to the PC.

Connect the USB cable of the mobile phone to the PC as well as to the mobile phone.

The memory card of the mobile phone will be displayed as a removable disk.
