Adobe Acrobat Standard (version 9.4.6) is the software I have.  This error message appears “Acrobat could ….2003 document” when I start the form wizard, locate the document to convert and click next. Can anyone, someone help me please. A bad batch of software is what I think I have. Any recommendations? Who to call for a replacement if that the case here?  Software is this.

I don’t see it as a bad batch of software. Maybe the installation for Adobe Acrobat didn’t go well. If this is the first time that this happens, try closing Adobe Acrobat again then restart your computer.

After booting open Adobe Acrobat again and then restart what you are doing. If the same thing happens, try doing a clean installation of the application again to remove any corrupted files that might be affecting the program. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install Adobe Acrobat again after this and then test it if it’ll work.

If reinstalling the program seems to be useless and didn’t fix the problem, try downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat X from Adobe’s web site. To download Adobe Acrobat X, Please visit Adobe here.
